Stephen Blocki, P.E. is an Expert Advisor at Greenline Leadership who helps leadership teams improve execution, accountability, and operational performance.

Over a career spanning more than 30 years, Steve has served as President, CEO, COO, and Business Unit Leader for organizations ranging from entrepreneurial startups to divisions of global manufacturing companies. He works directly with leadership teams to clarify priorities, solve complex operational challenges, strengthen accountability, and keep critical initiatives moving forward.

Steve holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He brings the perspective of a seasoned operator who has led organizations through growth, change, and execution challenges firsthand.

Aanchal Notani is an Associate at Greenline Leadership, specializing in dashboards and business performance reporting to help leadership teams make faster, better decisions.

She designs and maintains the dashboards our clients rely on to monitor performance, identify issues early, and keep leadership teams focused on the metrics that matter most. She also supports data analysis and operational reporting that turn complex information into practical insights.

Before joining Greenline, Aanchal built experience across financial services, nonprofit, and hospitality organizations in India, the United Kingdom, and the United States. She holds an M.S. in Finance from Aston University and brings a detail-oriented, analytical approach to every client engagement.
