As Founder and CEO at Greenline Leadership, Erin works with business leaders in Southeast Michigan and beyond to unlock sustainable growth and profitability in their organizations.

Before founding Greenline, Erin earned a PhD from the University of Michigan and then built a decade-long career as a leader at McKinsey & Company, where she partnered with Fortune 500 executives on high-impact projects and enterprise transformations. Since 2024, she has specialized in serving the middle market, helping leaders take their businesses from good to great to exceptional.

Erin focuses on strengthening the "backbone" of the org to create an execution engine that drives increased sales and operations productivity, better customer experience and value, and incredible team experience. She has worked extensively with executives, middle managers, and front-line team members -- not jut in the board room, but riding along with utility field crews, on the shop floor at the steel mill, on the assembly line for an aerospace supplier, underground in the salt mine, in the control room at the power plant, etc.

Erin brings a highly structured, results-driven approach to business value creation. Her coaching playbook has been tested and proven with the biggest and best companies in the world, and with mid-sized organizations ($5M-$500M revenue) looking to level up. She takes time to understand business-specific challenges and goals, and tailors her work to the needs of individual leaders.
